We are a K-5 multi-age school.

We enroll entire families, including the parents and extended
family. Families volunteer at least
sixty hours a year of service to the program.

- Classroom assistance - small groups, large groups and center
time
- Office assistance- attendance, phones and copies
- Health - lice, vision, hearing and scoliosis check
- Lunch monitoring and dismissing students
- Fundraising to provide more teacher and student opportunities
such as Camp Orkila, staff development, classroom materials and
site improvement.
- Committees such as emergency preparedness, library, yearbook,
garden, and technology.
Goals We Have Accomplished

- Make all day kindergarten a smoother transition for students
by hosting a summertime gathering
- Have administration on-site
- Plan field trips and guest speakers ahead of time to match
curriculum themes for the year
- Use the strengths, talents and skills of the staff to meet
the needs of our students
- Develop an emergency plan
- Increase planning time for Eagle Rock teachers, preferably
by offering music, library and year-round P. E.
Where We Want To Be
- Continue to function as a separate program at our current location.
- Increase the amount of instructional time at our school equal
to or greater than the other RSD elementary schools.
- Purchase a math and writing curriculum that meets the state
standards and is multi-age friendly.
- Provide a well-equipped computer lab for student use that would
include computers, software, printers, scanner and a digital
camera.
- Supply part-time staff to help out in office and health room
during busiest part of day.
- Level recess area, add topsoil and plant grass for student
playing field.
