Our Goals

 

Goal-1 Increase the academic achievement of all students.

1A Standardize and evaluate the school improvement process.

1B Improve WASL assessment scores in reading, writing, and math to meet or exceed 80% of students meeting standard, with 60% of students meeting or exceeding standard in science.

1C Increase student performance in the arts, social studies, health/fitness, career and technical education, and world language.

1D Complete a detailed district professional development plan with emphasis in science and math.

1E Develop metrics and process to evaluate current programs.

Goal-2 Provide a financial process and safe facilities to support the improvement of student learning.

2A Ensure the financial integrity of the district.

2B Manage the implementation of the capital improvement projects that are being financed with the current and prospective bond sales.

2C Ensure safety procedures, certifications, evacuations, and training outlined in the Comprehensive Safety Plan and Senate Bill 5097 are successfully implemented and followed.

Goal-3 Provide Human Resources and Communication practices to improve student learning.

3A Evaluate and revise the Human Resources (HR) plan.

3B Evaluate and revise the district’s Communication and Recognition Plan.

3C Develop customer relations training for all staff.
