Goal 1 - Increase the academic achievement of all students.

1A Refine and improve the school improvement process.
1B Improve WASL assessment scores in reading, writing, math, and
science.
1C Increase student performance in the arts, social studies, health/fitness,
career and technical education, and world language.
1D Complete a district professional development plan.

Goal 2 - Provide a financial process and safe facilities to support the improvement of student learning.

2A Ensure the financial integrity of the district.
2B Implement a new and improved financial and human resources
information management system.
2C Develop and prioritize capital improvement projects that are clearly
defined and appropriately cost estimated.
2D Ensure safety procedures, certifications, evacuations, and training
outlined in the Comprehensive Safety Plan are successfully
implemented and followed.

Goal 3 - Provide Human Resources and Communication practices to improve
student learning.

3A Create a future Human Resources (HR) plan.
3B Add new employee orientation programs for classified and
administrative employees.
3C Recruit, retain, and recognize highly qualified employees.
3D Complete a communication plan for the 2006-2007 school year.
